  • A. Information from Funnels & Subscribers: When you sign up for a resource, “AI Hack,” or newsletter via our System.io funnels, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Marketing Preferences.
  • B. Information from Chat Automation: When you interact with us via ManyChat (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok DMs or other social media channels), we collect your social media handle, public profile info provided by the platform, and your responses to automated prompts.
  • C. Information for Podcast Guests: We collect LinkedIn URLs, professional biographies, headshots, and audio/video recordings shared during interviews.
  • D. Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction data collected via cookies and tracking pixels (Google Analytics).

2. How We Collect Your Personal Information

  • Directly from You: When you fill out a form or subscribe to a list.
  • Automated Interactions: Through ManyChat when you engage with our DMs.
  • Third-Party Syncing: Data is integrated into our CRM, HubSpot, to help us manage our relationship with you.

  • Lead Delivery & Nurturing: To send you requested resources and follow up with relevant email sequences via System.io.

4. How We Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers:

  • Infrastructure: System.io (Funnels/Email), HubSpot (CRM), and ManyChat (Chat Automation).
  • Logistics: Calendly (Scheduling), Riverside.fm (Recording), and Google Workspace.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our website, funnels, and podcast are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers in HubSpot and System.io.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

  • Retention: We keep your data as long as you are an active subscriber. Podcast content is retained indefinitely as part of our media archive.
  • Opt-Out: You can click “Unsubscribe” in any email or type “STOP” in any automated chat.
  • Access/Deletion: You may request a copy of your data or its full deletion by emailing us at the address below. Note that the right to erasure does not apply to data already made public via a podcast episode you agreed to record.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical measures (such as SSL encryption and secure API integrations between HubSpot and ManyChat) to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
